Our Support Soloutions

Affinitive offer a comprehensive range of Support and Maintenance solutions to ensure your IT infrastructure operates smoothly in order to deliver value to your business. Our portfolio of solutions deliver peace of mind for you to ensure that your business IT is being taken care and so you can get on with developing your business and forget about the hassles that IT support can sometimes create.

Support Levels

Ensuring your network is operating reliably is absolutely essential for all business' operating in today's fast paced world. Affinitive provide comprehensive support solutions to ensure you get the best return on your IT investment. The various levels of support are as follows:

Pay as you go.

Just call us when you need us and we'll be there. We cannot provide an SLA or guaranteed response time in this case but can arrange for an engineer to offer phone support, remote control support or onsite support.

 

Bronze

For a monthly fee we will check the server over on a monthly basis for any issues, apply service packs, check the event log, ensure all windows updates have been applied and carry out as many administrative tasks (e.g. adding new users, changing passwords etc) as required.

Engineer assistance for other aspects such as individuals PC will be chargeable but at a discounted rate over the Pay as you go service.

 

Silver

For a monthly fee we will check the server and all PC's over on a monthly basis for any issues, apply service packs, check the event log, ensure all windows updates have been applied and carry out as many administrative tasks (e.g. adding new users, changing passwords etc) as required.

Engineer assistance for other aspects such as individuals PC will be chargeable but at a discounted rate over the Pay as you go service.

 

Gold

For a fixed monthly fee we will provide proactive maintenance as per the silver service, but in addition we will also provide unlimited support in terms of on-site, remote support or telephone support.

The only additional thing you need to pay for is any hardware in the event of hardware failures.

 

Platinum

For a fixed monthly fee we will provide all the benefits of the gold support and in addition we will also provide you with hardware in the event of hardware failures.

This is like an enhanced warranty agreement and will offer total peace of mind as all aspects of your IT infrastructure will be covered.

 

Scheduled Maintenance

To ensure your network is operating smoothly and reliably Affinitive will perform scheduled maintenance. This can be performed either remotely or onsite, depending on your requirements. The regularity of scheduled maintenance can range from weekly up to every 6 months. This service is arranged as part of one of our monthly support offerings. Scheduled Maintenance can provide extremely cost effective for ensuring maximum network reliability. Contact us to find out how we can help maintain your business.

Helpdesk Services

If you take out a support contract with Affinitive you will also benefit from Helpdesk services such as telephone support and support by email. We are even developing a new web-based call logging system which will provide you with the ability to measure our speed of response and also the ability to track the progress of your call.

Remote Support

We have invested heavily in various remote support solutions. From the standard remote desktop tools included within Windows through to our own Remote Support Tool, Affinitive remote support solutions are ideal for providing rapid and cost effective support to your business, without the need for a consultant to visit your offices.

Advanced Monitoring Tools

We have invested in some very advanced monitoring solutions which continually probe and monitor your infrastructure. Our tools will alert us at the mere suggestion that a piece of equipment may be due to fail at some point soon. The results of the probe are graphically presented on to our Dashboard system which we can even provide you with access to so that you can see for yourself that we are doing our job and that your server is running as it should be.
