For a monthly fee we will check the server and all PC’s over on a monthly basis for any issues, apply service packs, check the event log, ensure all windows updates have been applied and carry out as many administrative tasks (e.g. adding new users, changing passwords etc) as required.

Engineer assistance for other aspects such as individuals PC will be chargeable but at a discounted rate over the Pay as you go service.
